While at John McNeil & Co., Inc, I worked on various SaaS bioinformatics tools for bench scientists. I designed all of our UIs and implemented and/or polished most of them. Our two flagship products, ACAS and CompoundReg, are still in use today at major pharmaceutical companies, as are the custom modules we built for our customers.

In this role I worked closely with our clients to gather requirements, ran our agile sprint development pipeline, designed UIs, lead QA, wrote documentation, and trained users.

The following docs showcase our flagship product ACAS, some modules (Dose Response with Curve Curator and Plate Analysis), and CompoundReg. I built the UI for CompoundReg before Bootstrap was a thing—that would have helped! Before these two major products came into existence, we started with an ELN called Labsynch, which I worked on as an intern in high school.
